Engineering Trainee - Scheme A Program approved by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers
Each year, Analogue recruits a number of high calibre engineering graduates for the position of Graduate Trainee. Applicants should possess a Degree in Building Services/ Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering.

Successful appointees will go through a two-year Scheme A Training Programme registered with The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. During the training period, each Graduate Trainee will be assigned an engineering supervisor who will deliver regular coaching and guidance. Job rotation among different engineering departments will also be provided to enable the trainees to gain an all-round exposure in various disciplines and functions on the job. In addition, external training courses are sponsored to ensure continuous professional development.

This two-year training is important for engineering graduate trainees seeking to become professional engineers.

Apprenticeship Program
The apprenticeship programme targets Form 3 and Form 5 graduates who have completed either the Technician Foundation Course (TFC) or Basic Craft Course (BCC) offered by the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education. Its aim is to train up a batch of multi-skilled technical staff to meet the long-term human resources requirements of Analogue Group.

Successful appointees will be employed for the position of either Technician Apprentice or Craft Apprentice and go through a four-year Apprenticeship Training Programme with us. During the training period, our apprentices will be enrolled in the relevant Part-time Day Release courses offered by the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.

To insure effective learning of practical skills, Analogue's apprenticeship training incorporates a mentoring system into the regular in-house workshop training and trade tests. During the training period, each apprentice will be assigned a mentor who will give regular on-the-job coaching and guidance.

Similar to Scheme A Training, there will also be objective training before the completion of the apprenticeship programme. Such objective training provides apprentices with an opportunity to work in certain operations within our Service Department so as to get themselves ready for future employment within the company.
